Unopened, unused, non-perishable items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. There is a 25% restocking fee for all refunds for returns, or a minimal 10% restocking fee for a store credit.

Unfortunately, if you open a product and do not like it but the product is not defective, we cannot offer a refund.
