Everyone needs this! October 2, 2015 Reviewer: Medicap Pharmacy from Raleigh, NC United States   This is a great product to help the detox organs work optimally.  Because it is a liquid and a homeopathic product, you can adjust the dose to make it as gentle as you need it to be.  But make no mistake, this product works!
